🎮 Can I mount the joystick on the left or right side?
Yes, the controller is fully ambidextrous. We ship it installed on the right by default, but you can easily move it to the left armrest in minutes to suit your preference.
⚖️ What is the weight capacity and seat width?
The MLS-10MF is built for stability. It supports a weight capacity of 330 lbs (Heavy Duty). The seat width is a spacious 19 inches, providing comfort for most users.
🛑 What happens if the battery dies? (Manual Mode)
No need to worry. You can switch the motors to "Manual Mode" (Freewheel) by flipping the red levers on the back motors. This allows a caregiver to push the chair freely, just like a traditional manual wheelchair.
🔋 Can I charge the battery separately (outside the chair)?
Yes! You have two options:
1. Plug the charger into the joystick to charge while the battery is in the chair.
2. Disconnect the cable and use the Off-Board Charging Port to charge the battery independently (perfect for leaving the chair in the car while charging the battery inside).
