Malisa Mobility Product Returns & Consumer Product Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, most products can be returned within 30 days to qualify for a refund.
Direct Ship Orders
To qualify for a refund, The product must be in new and unused condition (no scratches, dents, or dirty tires) and must be returned in its original packaging including all paperwork, parts, and accessories. If the original packaging is not available, the customer can request a new package from our company. In this case, the customer will cover the packaging cost and shipping expenses. If the product is returned arbitrarily or returned due to arbitrary reasons such as “purchased by mistake” or clearly stated features in the listing such as weight, model, etc., the return label price will be requested from the customer. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If you cancel your order after the product has shipped, all standard return policies apply.
Return Authorization
To request a Return Authorization call us at 1-949 468 3939 and we will send you an e-mail with a Return Authorization form, including a RMA number and any necessary shipping and packaging instructions. Please note that we CANNOT accept returns without an RMA number. Once a Return Authorization has been received, products must be returned within 15 days.
Canceled Orders
After the product has been shipped, it cannot be canceled; however, if a customer still wants to cancel, the order will be subject to all standard return policies. The customer must accept delivery, obtain a Return Authorization, and ship the item back at the customer's own expense. If delivery of the shipment is refused, a 10% restocking fee and any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs of returned merchandise. We highly recommend insuring larger items to protect against shipping damage. Malisa Mobility will be happy to assist you in arranging the best shipping method for the product you are returning.
Credits
Once your return is received and verified, Malisa Mobility will issue a refund in the same form of payment as originally used for the purchase. Delays may be experienced in the case of incomplete returns. Incomplete returns or damaged merchandise may be declined or issued partial credits. The credit issued will be the purchase price less shipping costs and any restocking fees that apply.
